No Delivery After 15 days

I am writing this as review since, i don't see any customer care number and i have posted this issue twice on contact us as well but no one responded for it, its been 15 days for my order ECOM7498 and its not delivered yet, i tried reaching courier customer care but they are saying due to some operational reason it stuck, i am leaving in a society with 3k flat someone used this produce and gave good feedback thats reason i bought it and i gave review others also to buy directly from site instead of amazon but seems like this will be bad decision , i hope atleast someone will respond after reading this and help me to get product.
